Hone has been my go-to morning morning drink ever since I first tried. I have been a coffee addict for so many years, and I was so surprised that I don't need or want coffee anymore. Hone is my go to drink when I’m craving something clean & nourishing. I love that you can simply add hot water for a delicious warm drink with loads of benefits for the body & mind. Hemp milk is also a fun addition for extra creaminess! I used to drink coffee at least twice a day because my energy would tank in the afternoon, but I’ve started to replace coffee with hone & find that my energy feels way more sustained throughout the day

Noticed greater cardio endurance
While I usually drink caffeine before workouts, the cordyceps fungi was new to me. I have a pretty active lifestyle and I definitely noticed this combo took my cardio to the next level when taken 30 min before activity. I also notice the mushroom lasts much longer than the caffeine. I recommend mixing hone with a scoop of protein powder too instead of just water for a keto alpha kick in the nacks to start your day. For years I've bounced between drinking black/green tea or coffee. Coffee always got the job done but left me feeling jittery, while tea never fully got the job done. I was first made aware Of Hone by someone I really value for his intelligence, honesty and integrity. I drink no coffee, mostly herbal teas, so have little need of caffeine in my life. After being assured it was not a major ingredient, I tried some. The taste is different and tends to grow on one. I did feel a little caffeine lift, but certainly not a jolt. Otherwise, a positive clarity and interest in what the day might hold. I track my sleep and find this carries over to positive deep and rem sleep. The only negative has been the difficulty getting more.

I try and stay away from coffee when I can and this is a great alternative. I have been an avid coffee drinker for a long time but recently decided to decrease the amount of coffee I drink because I found it was just making me more tired. After drinking the hone matcha tea for about 3 weeks now, I hardly drink any coffee! All I have is one spoonful of the tea in the morning and I'm good to go for the whole day.
